The position is based in a supermarket or bakery department, where you will work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for various baked items including breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes or special requests.
- Order and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
- Handle special orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Decorate cakes and baked goods with precision.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand.
- Ensure product quality adheres to company standards.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Operate baking machinery and equipment efficiently.
