We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gourmet Carleton Place Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document scanning.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.

Requirements
  • Education
