Key Responsibilities- Provide financial planning and analysis support to senior management and leadership teams
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Several years of progressive senior accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, reconciliation, inventory management, internal controls, and contract management
- Experience working in a PeopleSoft enterprise system environment is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
