Restaurant Manager Job Description

Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance on tasks, performance, and development.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan and organize daily operations, manage inventory, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: MS Office, basic security clearance, driving record check, and excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
