Family Counsellor Job Description

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is seeking a skilled Family Counsellor to join our team. As a Family Counsellor, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of issues, including relationship problems, parenting concerns, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couple, and family counselling sessions to address relationship issues, parenting concerns, and mental health challenges.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and work through challenges, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in family counselling and mental health.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work.
  • 2 years of experience in family counselling or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English.
