Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs to help clients return to work and achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
- Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in return to work or physical rehabilitation setting
- Previous experience providing treatment to individuals who have experienced a head injury
- Professional registration as a full RCC with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) or CCC with the CCPA, with authorization for independent practice
