Program Test Lead, Mainframe Upgrade - Quality Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Test Lead to lead our Mainframe Upgrade project in Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Engineering (Testing) with at least 12+ years of experience in the Canadian Banking domain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing testing of large scale, complex Mainframe applications and migration/upgrade projects. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing efforts for large scale Mainframe applications and migration/upgrade projects
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering (Testing) in the Canadian Banking domain
  • Proven experience in leading and managing testing of large scale, complex Mainframe applications and migration/upgrade projects
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement testing strategies
