Position Overview

Aim Transport is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Logistician to enhance our operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing and coordinating logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align logistics activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Organize maintenance and repair tasks for equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Training: Educate staff on policies and procedures, and arrange training sessions.
  • Work Assignment: Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Material Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
  • Logistics Planning: Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
