Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with First Nations communities to offer our suite of capacity building and pre-employment preparation programming.
- Engage with public and private sector organizations to offer our suite of Indigenous Experience courses and reconciliation consultation services.
- Seek government funding and grant funding streams to support Indigenous communities and organizations.
- Collect sales data and report to management on a regular basis.
- Post-secondary education in business, Indigenous studies, education, or social sciences.
- At least two years of experience in a sales or client relations role, specifically engaging with Indigenous people and communities.
- Strong understanding of Indigenous history, culture, and traditions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports in a concise manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with Smartsheet, Canva, and InDesign are desired.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- Willingness to travel throughout British Columbia, especially to remote areas.
