  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
