About the Role

The Highlander Inn is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that established safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Hire and train cleaning staff
  • Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records
  • May perform certain cleaning duties
