**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Product Designer to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting thoughtful design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and product managers to design and deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Design and implement design systems that are scalable, maintainable, and consistent across all digital products.
  • Advocate for design excellence and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience (UX) design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
