Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of digital products and experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in UX/UI design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with design systems and standards, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct user research and analysis.
