About the Role

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days at home, requiring strong customer service and order management skills. The ideal candidate will be accountable for order management and customer service excellence, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to fulfill customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and distributors, providing strong service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Receive, expedite, and accurately process sales orders, coordinating with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution teams.
  • Run daily open order reports and monthly billing due list processing to ensure all pending orders and invoices are captured.
  • Resolve order and delivery problems, often coordinating returns on behalf of the customer, and provide technical information and support as needed.
  • Promote and enforce internal quality procedures and policies, making product and packaging recommendations based on customer queries.
  • Manage accounts with special requirements to ensure a strong customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an order management or customer service-related role.
  • Experience in end-to-end order management is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Exceptionally strong customer service focus, able to translate customer requests into actionable results.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French languages is an asset.
