Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at The ChaatBar and Parontha Place. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and judgement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliability and team player skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
