Job Summary:

The Shop Foreman is a key member of our team at Brogan Safety Supplies, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop. This role requires a strong leader who can train and develop new technicians, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager with shop operations and ensure the work areas are kept tidy and cleaned at the end of the workday.
  • Train and oversee the development of new technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure quality control regarding equipment in for service, including turnaround times, attention to detail, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment in the shop.

Working Conditions:

  • Workweeks are typically 5 days, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
  • The Shop Foreman may be required to work occasional overtime.

Employment Requirements:

  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • First Aid certification.
