Job Title: Shop Foreman

Job Summary:

The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes training and developing new technicians, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in managing the shop's operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Train and develop new technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • First Aid certification.
