Job Title: Finance and Administration Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Vice President to join our team at PADDA MOTORS / ROYAL ENFIELD TORONTO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and administration of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
