About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality loan monitoring services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official data to inform our clients' decisions.
  • Manage and maintain our internal knowledge databases, ensuring that key information and learning are shared across the organization.
  • Ensure that all commissions are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
