Senior Cost Consultant Opportunity

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports
  • Interface with clients and other consultants throughout project stages
  • Conduct research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data
  • Ensure key information and learning are captured and shared through our internal databases
  • Participate in quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO audits
  • Manage commissions to the right quality standards, ensuring efficient and timely completion
  • Support staff management, including performance reviews and recruitment processes
