Food Preparation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at 70 Mile General Store. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, supervising staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Packaging and Delivery: Package take-out food for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
