Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage special events
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
  • Design menus and forecast food requirements
  • Order and manage kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas for compliance
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assistants
  • Maintain inventory records of food and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and onboard new kitchen staff
  • Organize buffets and banquet services
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
