Position Overview: As a Restaurant Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of approximately 10 restaurants, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
- Lead and develop staff to achieve operational targets and maintain brand standards.
- Provide coaching to enhance customer service and team performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within each restaurant.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor labor and food costs to optimize profitability.
- Support staff on the floor to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of employees.
- Perform additional duties related to the daily management of fast food operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably in a quick service environment. A valid driver's license and a food handling certificate are required.
