Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new client expectations with a high level of service and support, responding to their implementation needs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set up the Payworks workforce management solution, delivering comprehensive training to clients and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to pass-off.
  • Leverage your expertise in workforce management demands and project management skills to assess and meet client needs, ensuring an efficient and effective implementation.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Payworks product, with proficiency in Payroll and Absence Management modules.
  • PCP Certification or related studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is a strong asset.
