About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K Town Fried Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing and inventory decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen team to ensure the timely preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
