Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity

Position Overview

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail objectives by enhancing sales performance.
  2. In the absence of other management, you will be tasked with opening and closing the store, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to drive sales.
  4. Creating a fun and enjoyable shopping atmosphere for our customers.
  5. Showcasing Claire's products effectively.
  6. Addressing customer inquiries with your product expertise.
  7. Supporting store operations including deliveries, visual merchandising, inventory management, markdowns, and promotional activities.
  8. Performing ear piercing (full training will be provided).
  9. Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment for customers.

Qualifications
  • Some high school education is required.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding the significance of customer service.
  • Good mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders while managing merchandise and assisting customers.
  • Proficient in operating a POS system.
