Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

Responsibilities
  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Carry and replace linen
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Must be able to work on site, with no option for remote work
  • Must be able to work in a rural area
