About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and salad bars as needed.
  • Package take-out food and replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
