Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

At Product Madness, we're on a mission to create remarkable gaming experiences for players worldwide. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by leading our recruitment efforts and building a world-class team.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the point person for all things recruitment, building trust and relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction to engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategy plans and comprehensive sourcing strategies for emerging skills and tough-to-fill positions, sharing talent intelligence and market insights with our hiring teams.
  • Build a quality pipeline of candidates, review resumes/CVs, screen candidates, and coordinate throughout the interview and offer process, driving the achievement of individual hiring goals while balancing speed, quality, and diversity.
  • Organize and document detailed strategy sessions, debriefs, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a gaming or technology firm, with fluency in written and spoken French.
  • Managed roles within software development and IT infrastructure, with demonstrable success in communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/email and internet research, as well as experience in driving candidate sourcing using search engines, deep-web Boolean searching, technical, social networks, etc.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and practices related to global recruitment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
