We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional health services in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with cancer, including assessment, education, and treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs for patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- CNA Oncology Certification or eligibility
- Clinical experience in an Oncology/Outpatient Chemotherapy adult setting or 3 years Acute Care nursing experience in a specialty care Unit
- British Columbia Cancer Agency Chemotherapy Certification or equivalent Chemotherapy certification from a recognized Cancer Agency

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
