About the Job

The Systems Engineering team at Clearpath Robotics works closely with our Project Management Office to deliver business value to our customers. As a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, you will design and integrate fleets of OTTO autonomous mobile robots and software at customer facilities. You will also deliver training to integration partners and end-users, and evaluate use cases to establish guidelines and best practices for OTTO Motors products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure clarity of all requirements prior to detailed design.
  • Consult with applications engineering during the requirements and concept definition process.
  • Design and integrate AMR systems using OTTO Motors products to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and integrate middle layer software to interface between OTTO Fleet Manager API and third-party automation systems.
  • Support the discrete event simulation process and verify the validity of all inputs required for simulation.
  • Author and execute acceptance test plans for validation of system functionality and performance.
  • Commission and integrate AMR systems at client facilities worldwide.
  • Optimize system performance through analysis, simulation, and experimentation.
  • Lead and support on-site deployment and integration of designed systems.
  • Communicate technical details and status to customers and project teams.
About You

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for industrial automation and robotics. You should have a strong background in designing and integrating complex systems solutions, and be able to represent complex systems via simplified block diagrams. Required skills include planning and organization, strong communication, self-motivation, and experience working with Linux and PLC design.
