ProMach is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our growing team supporting the NJM Packaging brand. We specialize in providing top-tier customer service and technical expertise for automated packaging systems.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our equipment by providing on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and training services to our valued customers across the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation and commissioning of NJM Packaging equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, performing repairs, upgrades, and adjustments as needed, both remotely and on-site.
  • Provide comprehensive training to operators and users at customer locations.
  • Assess customer needs and identify opportunities to optimize their equipment and processes. Propose solutions such as preventive maintenance programs, spare parts, and tailored training initiatives.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through courtesy calls and site visits to ensure satisfaction and address any emerging concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and equipment knowledge, serving as a valuable resource for both customers and colleagues.
  • Utilize our internal issue tracking system (Sales Force) to effectively support customers remotely.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and materials by reviewing and updating them regularly.
