Job Title: Vice President, Asset Management Technology

The Vice President, Asset Management Technology will provide strategic technology leadership to the Senators Sports and Entertainment group, overseeing the planning, design, installation, integration, and sustainment of arena and business technology infrastructure and solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, software applications, and communications infrastructure.
  • Direct and manage IT plans, schedules, policies, and programs for data processing, network communications, business operations, disaster recovery planning, computer services, and management information systems.
  • Identify and analyze emerging information technologies and oversee implementation via iterative innovation programs.
  • Ensure mission-critical applications and technology are available to support the company's long-term goals and operational objectives.
  • Oversee all technology projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team towards a service-oriented, customer-focused culture that supports ongoing operations to drive efficiency, quality, customer experience, and growth.
  • Liaise with and manage external Technology partners & suppliers.
  • Serve as a committed and responsible member of the Executive Team, contributing to the strategic planning process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive technology leadership roles.
  • Experience creating and executing a strategic technology vision for businesses.
  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of corporate technology, data networking, telephony, and information security.
  • Disciplined yet flexible, with a high degree of personal integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively translate complex technology concepts into accessible business terms.
  • Aptitude for independent decision-making, creative thinking, and innovation with technology.
  • Applicable professional certifications would be an asset.
