The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) plays a pivotal role in enhancing knowledge, improving practices, and ensuring quality service in their specialty area through leadership, educational program development, research participation, and expert clinical consultation.
The CNS leads initiatives to enhance outcomes and quality of care by advancing nursing and interdisciplinary practices in their specialty through the application of advanced and evidence-based methodologies.
