Job Summary:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Team Lead to join our team. As a Server Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise new servers to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food service, meeting the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a focus on team development, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
