Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Westside Canada Immigration Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute promotional materials to effectively communicate our brand message
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures
    • Plan and control budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
    • Monitor and analyze expenditures to optimize marketing ROI
  • Communicate with Stakeholders
    • Act as spokesperson for Westside Canada Immigration Ltd. to maintain a positive brand image
    • Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets to secure press coverage
  • Prepare Educational and Publicity Materials
    • Develop and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to promote our brand
    • Prepare and distribute publicity materials to raise awareness about our services
  • Manage Digital Database
    • Maintain and manage digital database to track customer interactions and preferences
  • Research and Prepare Communications Materials
    • Gather and research information to prepare communications materials that align with our brand message
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
