The Role

The Marketing Lead will be engaged in a contract role, focusing on developing and executing effective marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media. We seek a candidate with a digital-first approach, who is resourceful and thorough in their efforts. The ideal applicant will possess a proven track record in strategizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing initiatives. They will adeptly collaborate with both internal analytics teams and external partners to identify optimization opportunities aimed at enhancing engagement, increasing donations, and boosting brand visibility. This role requires a high level of collaboration, as the Marketing Lead will guide a team of creative professionals to produce marketing solutions grounded in customer insights and industry best practices. Additionally, the position involves overseeing the content strategy and user experience for our digital platforms, working closely with technical teams to improve site functionality and optimize content for search engines. Regular interaction with hospital partners and senior executives necessitates a professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Experience in media agency settings or managing digital strategies for nonprofit organizations will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and management of innovative content that drives engagement and increases donations.

  • Manage budgets related to marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Utilize donor insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance engagement.
  • Lead the content strategy for digital platforms in collaboration with other marketing team members.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance collaborative efforts with internal and external partners.
  • Participate in vendor selection processes and manage relationships to ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEM and SEO.
  • Proficiency in various advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
