We are seeking a skilled Carpet Cleaning Technician to provide exceptional cleaning and restoration services to our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive from our office to various carpet cleaning job sites.
  • Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to determine the appropriate cleaning method.
  • Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques, such as hot water extraction.
  • Treat and remove spots, spills, and odors from carpets.
  • Move furniture and other objects as needed to facilitate carpet cleaning.
  • Apply carpet protectors and deodorizers to enhance and prolong the cleanliness of carpets.
  • Inspect carpets post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed, collect payments, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Requirements
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Previous experience in professional carpet cleaning or related field is preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
    • Effective communication and customer service skills.
    • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
    • Knowledge of different carpet types, cleaning techniques, and cleaning solutions is an asset.
    • Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment, including extractors, steam cleaners, and dry cleaning machines.
    • Understanding of stain removal techniques and products.
    • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
    • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and move furniture as necessary.What We Offer
