About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and ingredients.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
