About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Paragon Bay Group Ltd. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing stock movements, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, processing stock movements, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure that the warehouse is organized and clean, and that all stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Stock Control: Verify stock availability, reconcile physical inventories with computer counts, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that inventory levels are accurately reflected in our inventory management system.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in inventory control software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, organized, reliable, and a team player.
