Position: Compliance Analyst in Banking
CB Canada, a prominent financial institution, is in search of four (4) compliance analysts to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to the organization’s initiative aimed at strengthening its compliance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of clients' AML and KYC documentation;
- Verify adherence of client records and transactions to compliance standards;
- Implement necessary amendments to ensure compliance;
- Address inquiries related to compliance matters;
- Compile and present detailed reports and analyses;
- Support various related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline;
- 1-2 years of pertinent experience in compliance or the financial sector;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations is highly advantageous;
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative skills;
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities;
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
