We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at REAL MARTIAL ARTS TAEKWONDO. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to students, focusing on technique, safety, and sportsmanship.
  • Assist with the coordination of martial arts events, tournaments, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean training environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to promote the growth and development of our martial arts program.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest martial arts techniques, trends, and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and students.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a martial arts instructor or coach.
  • Valid certification in martial arts instruction (e.g. black belt, instructor certification).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
