Martial Arts Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at REAL MARTIAL ARTS TAEKWONDO. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and implement special events and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest martial arts techniques and methodologies to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a martial arts instructor or coach.
  • Valid certification in martial arts instruction (e.g. black belt or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
