Martial Arts Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at REAL MARTIAL ARTS TAEKWONDO. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and challenging martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe and organized training environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and implement special events, workshops, and tournaments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a martial arts instructor, with a strong background in teaching and coaching.
  • Current certification in martial arts instruction, such as black belt or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
