Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead the planning and execution of all global email marketing campaigns, including campaign emails and automated/triggered email journeys
  • Establish email marketing metrics and reporting to measure campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal partners to conduct comprehensive post-campaign analysis and gather learnings to inform future campaigns
  • Manage internal and external creative partners to develop content that resonates with our email community
  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and trends, and proactively report on email marketing insights and recommendations
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, project management, and cross-functional leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven email marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and using Agile methodologies to drive results
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and web analytics tools (including Google Analytics)
  • University/College degree in marketing or business
