Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research to provide evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
  • Current licensure to practice pharmacy in Manitoba.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
