We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 9270-2802 Québec Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and provide guidance on work methods and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train or arrange for training for team members.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Noisy work site environment.
  • Work setting: Supervision and traffic controlling.
