Position Overview

As an Operations Supervisor at SBMC HOLDINGS LTD., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and assess daily operational activities.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 11-15 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and point of sale systems.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced atmosphere requiring strong attention to detail.
Personal Attributes
  • Must be accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
