Position Overview

As an Operations Supervisor at SBMC HOLDINGS LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily business functions and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities
