Job Title: Registered Nurse Class A

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Class A to join our team at Horizon Health Network.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.
  • Administer treatments and medications as ordered by medical staff.
  • Observe, record, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Supervise and coordinate care provided by other team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict standards of patient care.
  • Participate in education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
  • Experience in complex acute and chronic care.
  • Effective clinical competency and critical thinking skills.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
